My daughter was in a tough spot having been rear ended 2 weeks prior. Her trunk would not latch and she was headed back home to Minnesota in 3 days. The service person looked at her problem and felt it could be a difficult fix but in five minutes he was able to get the trunk lid to lock. When she asked what she owed him, he said ""no charge and have a good trip home"".\r
What a good samaritan! My daughter said this guy was the nicest and not to charge her anything made her and her Dad's day. I'd say he earned 5 stars in my book. A big thank-you to Queen Ann Auto Body. There are still some good people in this world.
