Review content:
I had a good experience with a salesperson at Dick Hannah volkswagon in Portland. His name is Ketouri Brown, a Las Vegas native who has been in Portland for less than a year. I had been warned of sales pressure with Dick Hannah dealerships and was watchful for excessive pressure. Ketouri was great -- very personable, helpful, but I really just got a ""nice guy"" vibe from this salesperson that put me at ease. I do have to say the used car I got was great, and I thought it was reasonably priced (below blue book) for a car that was in great shape. I know Dick Hannah seems to have a lot of reviews on City Search and I saw the posting stating that the employees are writing the reviews. That is not the case here. Ketouri told me that the sales people need to have a least two reviews a month and asked if I would write one. I am pleased to so do for this ""nice guy."" Now, Ketouri, promise me you'll take a break from work and take your aunt to the coast within the next couple of months. Chris Frost Chris Frost
