My family and I went out this past Friday. The food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered the 'Chicken and Dumplins', it was completely overcooked, flavorless goo. The side items were frozen/canned corn and overcooked sweetened carrots. My husband ordered the fried chicken. It was also flavorless and tough. He commented that he felt it had come frozen and they had thawed it out and fried it. My son had breakfast, the pancakes were okay- the side order of ham was wafer-thin and very fatty. I haven't ever had food that was this awful. None of the items had seasoning or spices and ALL had been overcooked. The service was alright (the manager was very friendly and accommodating), however I will NEVER eat there again. GROSS GROSS GROSS.
Pros: The country store was full of cute items at reasonable prices
Cons: The food was absolutely disgusting and poor quality
