I have never been so disgusted in all my life with the type of service I was given today. I bought Glasses at the Conroe Tx location and I was unhappy with the prescription so I went back to the doc next door and he told me that the prescription was not done right .....after three times!!!!!!!!!! they also told me that I would see better with the best lenses they have ( HD Lenses ) .....NOT!!!!!!!!!!! I came back and once again the doc told me that the prescription was not done as per his specs. I later went back to eye masters in Conroe and no one smiled or said hello...they all seemed to give off a look like they were very dissatisfied with being there. I signed my name even though I was one of only two people there and as I explained that they did not do the prescrption right for the 4th time..... this older woman had an attitude with me and said that they do not make mistakes and that it is the doctors fault. I said negative and that I want to get this resolved asap because I CAN""T SEE!!!! \r
Can you believe this woman told me that this is the last time they will fix the glasses ( one week old glasses ) I told her I am the innocent party here and she said that the manager told her to tell me that so i said bring him out.......he came to me and I could tell he was very moody and I asked him why this would be the last time since I did not damage them and he said he never said that but that it would be the last time anyway ( Weirdo's ).. I left and went to the eye masters in The Woodlands and Boy!!!! what a difference.....the manager was awesome and I told him what happened so he apologized for my bad service and treatment I had received at the Eye Masters in Conroe and told me that I was at the right. \r

I am so very pleased with the ( Manager ) staff at the Eye Masters in The Woodlands.\r
PS: By the time I left the Eye Masters in Conroe there where three customers there and every one of them were there to refitted because of BAD work done on their glasses.
Pros: Ac on a hot day!!
Cons: They lie about everything!!!!! Very rude!!!!! All of the employees there are trashy!!!
