Review content:
My family and I were recently able to see the most recent play at the Egyptian Theatre. Sweeney Todd. \r WHAT A FABULOUS RELEASE for the Halloween season. We were able to get a ""sneak"" preview the night before opening. We were not sure what to expect... we were very pleasantly surprised. \r The performance went off without a hitch, the music, costumes, sets (humble though they may be, but very functional) and especially the actors and their performances were AMAZING!!! This is the first time to see a performance there at the Egyptian .. the setting and location added to the spooky feeling. \r \r Thank you so much for a job well done!!! KUDOS to all involved in the current production and in the running and managing of the theatre.\r \r Pros: The preservation of the theatre and it's location add to the ""spooky"" aura of the Halloween season.
