Review content:
This restaurant has been one of my favorite lunch places for more than 10 years. TDF is an acronym for Tay Do Friday. The best Fish ball soup in the city, very good Vietnamese dishes, and solid lunch selection. Service can be a drag sometimes but in my view quality of food overweighs sluggish service.
