I've been having my hair cut by Tim Cadman at Arte for almost a year now and will never go anywhere else. Quite simply, he is talented, kind and has an intuitive sense of what looks good. \r

I had tried a number of salons in Manhattan and felt like I was getting bad haircuts for way too much $$$. Then I stepped through the door at Arte into a haven of stylish calm. Tim consulted in depth with me about what I wanted from my new haircut and brought his own creative ideas to the table, but made me feel very comfortable overall. It's so rare to find a hairdresser in Manhattan who genuinely takes time and actually cares about the end result. I was so impressed!\r

Since that first day I’ve gotten to experience Tim's talent and zen-like cutting technique a number of times. I always leave Arte as a happy customer. \r

The salon itself is artfully designed and everyone from the hairwashers to the front desk staff to the owner makes you feel welcome. I cannot say enough good things about Tim Cadman and Arte. \r
