I hired Sound Siding to reside my house and bring back some of the craftsman era details to my 100 year old home. As a design professional myself, I had specific ideas of what I wanted, but Tony and his crew (Renee & Rafael) took these ideas to places I never imagined.
We added cedar shake, new basement windows, painted a cheerful color scheme, took care of some foundation issues and built-out the porch to turn it into the showcase of the house.
The crew was ontime, professional and courteous. They worked long hours, cleaned up after themselves and got the job done. The paint crew was also very professional and did a neat job with the painting details.
When I had issues, concerns or changes, Tony Janda was very responsive to these needs. Additionally, Tony has actually done this type work and understands what he's doing and how to communicate with his team. And, his team is also very proactive and concerned about details like flashing, water intrusion issues and basically doing the job right the first time.
I am thrilled beyond words with my ""new/old"" house. The biggest surprise of all is number of people in the neighborhood (many of which I don't know), who have approached me personally to compliment the work on the house. Now that's something to be proud of!
I highly recommend this crew and will definitely hire them again.
