I took two formal dresses in for dry cleaning and to get the straps shortened, and both came back perfectly. The seamstress took time to make sure she knew what I was asking for, and handled them with great care. She also gave me a tailoring tip that saved me a lot of money! The stain on my dress was completely gone when it was returned, and the straps were truly expertly tailored. I'm taking all my dry cleaning here from now on, because they actually care about your clothes and what you want - that's a rarity!\r
