# User Rating: 2 out of 5 stars by Regretful 10/03/2010 I took my 17 year old in to buy a pair of heels for her sister's wedding. As she is one of three bridesmaids, I was interested in buying three pair. They only had two in the sizes I needed. I asked the salesman if he could hold one pair, an hour at the most, while I went down the street to tell the bride, who was having her hair colored, that getting three pair would be a challenge and to see if she was o.k. with each bridesmaid wearing different shoes. We agreed and within a half hour I was back in the store to purchase the $140 pair of shoes only to be told that one of the other salesman had taken the shoes from behind the counter, told my salesman that putting shoes on hold was a no-no and had sold them right out from underneath us. I encourage my children to buy local as I believe in supporting small business. However, from now on I will only use this store to try shoes on and then buy them online.
