Dr Philips delivered my last child. I began seeing her when I found out I was pregnant after being recommended from a friend. I am glad I chose her. She is very open minded, will take time to talk t about any concerns or problems you are having. She is very laid back. It is not too difficult to get an appointment with her. The rest of the office staff is always friendly. I highly recommend her.
