Review content:
Hard to change an appointment. If you don't get a person and leave a message you never get a return call. Some of the staff are very courteous and flexible, but some are not and border on being rude. It would be nice if patients were treated more like customers by everyone.
Pros: Some really good, friendly people here
Cons: Some of the support staff are not professionals
