I was on vacation in Fort Lauderdale and this company was the valets for my hotel. With the exception of One mexican guy, who was just an awesomely nice guy, the rest were rude and badly dressed. they looked like they had been out drinking all night and then came straight to work. But the worst part was after a trip to Miami we pulled under the canopy to get out and let them take the car, but before we could even get out one of the valet's backed into my front bumper with another car, scratched up the bumper and was totaly rude about the whole thing. Now 2 months and about 60 phone calls and voice mails to James Lariche(the owner), I have yet heard from anyone about getting the scratches fixed or payed for on my car! Nor do I ever expect to. Im starting to wonder if this company even really exists. There sign says liscensed , bonded , and insured. HA!!! What a Joke!!! My recommendation is that if you pull up anywhere and the valets have coastline valet on there shirt, Dont let them touch your car! This company is a joke and will only screw you if they hurt your car in any way! Im paying for my damage to be fixed next week but then I am filing a small claims suit on mr. James Lariche and his joke for a company!
