Overall -- full of empty 'typical car sales' promises!\r I requested a quote via internet on a Premium Plus Audi A6. I had a quote from another dealer (and since Prestige claims to be such much bigger & better)... i wanted to see if they could beat the other quote.\r I spoke with sales manager M Griffith. A manager - not just a regular sales person.\r He told me they could beat the other deal, and to come in.\r I live far from Prestige... so i made sure that Michael knew exactly ALL the details that i wanted. ALL the details of my trade in and what it was worth.\r Basically - to work out all the numbers BEFORE i come in.\r I was told that yes - the numbers were worked out and that Prestige could easily beat the other quote for the same car.\r I got there on Saturday. The dealership was empty (on a Saturday afternoon!!!).\r Many of the sales people were screwing around and talking loudly. Very unprofessional bunch overall.\r Even though my appointment was with Michael the sales manager ---- he stuck me with some guy who was clueless about the deal i had worked out already via emails.\r I basically wasted 2.5 hours on a sunny Saturday afternoon... to basically have these con artists flat out lie to me and didn't even come close to beating the other dealers real time quote!!\r \r Yuri - the overall dealership manager tells me that it should not be a problem for me to spend the extra $75/month payments ($75 MORE per month than the other dealer quote!!!!)..... because and i quote: ""I should buy with my heart, and not my head!"".\r What a croc of shit!\r \r I really do not know if they sell more Audi's than other dealers. But i will say this:\r their location is extremely cramped. To look at cars... you basically have to ""drive over"" to another parking lot about 1/2 mile down the road in a dirty, unpaved parking lot field. You feel like you are in the slums... not a 'Prestige' dealership.\r \r While in the dirt field - i noticed next doors was this huge mega-complex... which was a Lexus Dealership!\r So after my crappy experience with these UNprofessionals.... i drove next door to Lexus and bought a 2013 GS F Type which is much better than the crappy 2.0L small engine A6 they were trying to stick me in.\r \r Overall - a very dissapointing buying experience. I will NEVER go to Prestige again.
