I've been here before for a haircut and Patti did a really nice job. But I've been coloring my hair for years and I can't find a good colorist. I know what I want and what I cannot stand is when a colorist says, ""That won't look good, we cannot do it for you."" To me, that translates to: ""I'm not a good colorist, I don't know how to mix it."" Well, I went in and my colorist was late so I wound up with Jose who I will now never leave. I showed Jose exactly the color I wanted and that's exactly the beautiful rich, deep burgundy color I got! Although if the color was inappropriate for me, he would have told me so, but I knew it was ""do-able"". Jose is a funny character, very very friendly and the atmosphere is not stiff at all. Everyone was so nice and accomodating that they will definitely see me again..and again....The woman who washed my hair, Yan and Jasmine, all very personable and very helpful when it came to purchasing some hair products for my hair. My hair looked great this morning after using the new products. A winner.
Pros: Expertise, they know what they're talking about and it's not just hype.
