I have been using F.W. Services for about 5 years. When they were a young company they made sure to take care of their customers.
Recently, they have totally lost my business by providing terrible service.
1. I had them come out to my own house to clean the carpets after a tenant had moved out. They did a terrible job and got none of the stains out. Not to mention the cleaning guys has a horrible attitude. Phil sent another crew out, they were very late, and they did slightly better, not much.
2. At the next house, they finally arrived 3 hours late, after the 2 hour ""window."" When they got there, they did a terrible job cleaning and the guys cleaning were very rude. I had to call them back to do the carpets again. Another wait.....another mediocre job.
3. Since I have been a loyal customer, and Phil used to traet his customers well, I gave them another chance. BAD IDEA. This time I had a tenant waiting on them. They called me during their ""window of time"" they were supposed to be there and said they have to reschedule for another day. This is after the tenant took time off to wait for them. We rescheduled for the next day, as I told him, I was not very happy with how his company was running lately. IT GETS WORSE.
We rescheduled for the next day and once again my tenant took the day off to meet with F.W. cleaning.
THEY CALLED AGAIN 30 minutes before the ""window,"" and said they had to reschedule AGAIN!!!!
IT GETS WORSE... I told them to have Phil call me because I needed to talk to him directly to figure out what is going on with his company. Phil DID NOT call but had his sales person call and tell me Phil would not come to the phone and offered ANOTHER reschedule....
NO THANK YOU -- F.W. Services has lost my business forever and has cost me A LOT of time writing this review and waiting around for them......
