If you actually like your furniture, appreciate professionals who communicate effectively with their customer, want a mover who will respect you, your time, and your belongings this is NOT the mover for you. Moving with them was one of the worst experiences of my life. I had more damaged furniture with this so call professional moving company than I ever had moving myself in a uHaul. 3 months later and I still haven't even received an apology much less a settlement for the damages they caused. Save yourself a ton of cash and headache and go with someone else.
