Review content:
The spray tanning part of my visit was 3 stars. HOWEVER, an employee took 2 bracelets off of my wrist and placed them on a chair. I left without the bracelets. When I called back the next morning I was told that the room was cleaned after each visit and my bracelets were not found. Why didn't the employee SEE the bracelets if she actually ""cleaned"" the room? After multiple phone conversations with the regional manager, the bracelets have not been returned to me nor has any offer of financial reimbursement been made. I just wonder what REALLY happened to my bracelets?
