I do not know why you had such a bad experience. I know that there is no excuse for the type of service you received from them, but maybe they were having a bad day. (no i do not now nor have i ever worked there)\r
However, I have been tanning there for years and I have seen a lot of workers come and go. I have not really had any problems and if i had questions, they always answer them right away or if they don't know the answer, they find out for me and let me know. \r
I have tanned at different salons and I will say that they do take care of thier beds at Aloha tanning and replace thier bulbs reg. I really enjoy tanning there and the people who currently work there are very nice and know alot about tanning and how the different lotions work and they give you pointers to help your tan last longer and not dry out.
