On Jan 22,2011 I took my family to the ST. Petersburg's location of the Melting Pot.It happen to be my favorite restaurant of all times. It took me a year to convince my boyfriend to take me there. What a horrible evening...service stunk, food was awful, and the owner stated that he would compensate us for are terrible evening..his name is Chris Wilson....he didn't do what he said he was going to do and on top of that he kept asking me if it was really my Birthday......What kind of place is this? Then all of in my party were sick with food poison the very next day. I should have know better to eat the food when there was iceberg lettuce in a salad that was primarily suppose to be baby mixed greens...I guess the economy is getting them as well. Do yourself a favore save your money and do some where else.
