I agree with Josh H, Shanghai Garden is my favorite and all my "foodie" friends (including Loretta who is Chinese from NYC) like it the best.
The have a green bean dish that is great, and of course the barley green hand shaven noodles.
The menu is extensive and confusing.. every possible permutation of ingredient combo is listed.
There is another good chinese place in Factoria, in a strip mall on the east side of the main drag.. across from the mall. Can't remember the name, my friend conversed with the waitress in chinese and ordered us some tasty food.
