I went to this store yesterday. As soon as I walked in, a guy said someone would be right with me, and everyone was all smiles. I got this guy to help me. I was looking for an empty palette and some basic eyeshadows to start with. He was extremely helpful, told me to look at the shadows and set them aside, and he'd come back and get them. He didn't hover or try to sell me stuff, he just gave me some neutrals and said what they were good for, and that the more colorful shadows were a matter of preference. He answered all my questions and I was talking to him like I would an old friend. It was great, I would recommend the store to anyone. He showed me the new collection which wasn't even on display yet. Extremely nice man.
