I think that Domingo's is the best Mexican Restaurant in the whole Antelope Valley. Although the Domingo's in Boron, is a little out of the way for most Palmdale/Lancaster residents, it's worth the drive. It is the most talked about restaurant amongst people at Edwards AFB. We all wish they would open up a location on base.
When my parents fly in from Minnesota to visit me, the first thing they ask when they get off the plane is, ""When are we going to Domingo's?"" WOW!
Domingo himself greets all the customers when they walk in the restaurant or often stands by their table talking to them for 10 minutes, asking them how they doing.
If it wasn't for Domingo's restaurant I wouldn't have had as an enjoyable time being stationed here at Edwards AFB, for the past year and a half.
