Puh-lease. Since when does being from Tennessee qualify anyone as an expert in anything? As if being ""southern"" wasn't bad enough, y'all's habit of drowning meat in sickeningly sweet sauce until you can't taste the meat is a culinary travesty!
At BBQ Revue, you'll find slow cooked ribs and brisket that's the best in Cincinnati. The sauce is simple, made from a vinegar base, not molasses and is a savory compliment to the tender meat.
The full rack of Ribs for 15 bucks and change is a ""10""
