Businiess name:  Barbecue Revue

Review content:
Yes, I'm southern. I'm from Tennessee where we *know* how barbecue is supposed to taste and Barbecue Revue is awful! The pulled pork here tasted like something my elementary school cafeteria used to serve from a can, not a shoulder smoked for 18-24 hours in a pit over a low fire. And REAL barbecue is NOT supposed to come drenched in disgustingly greasy orange sauce - it's supposed to come dry (which means without sauce, not lacking juice) and you have the choice of hot or mild sauce waiting on your table! This ""pork"" was so greasy it soaked the bottom of the bun in under five minutes. It also tasted like liquid smoke was added to disguise to the uneducated that it had not, in fact, been truly ""barbecued"" but, more likely, been cooked on a stovetop or in an oven. I'll never eat here again! Pros: cheap Cons: AWFUL FOOD!!!
