I just recently joined Gold's Gym and I absolutely love the facility. I had the perception before visiting that Golds Gym was a gym geared towards meat heads and body builders, but I couldn't be any more wrong. I love the abundance of classes they provide (over 70!!). My favorite classes so far are the Body Combat classes and the Ballet Barre Class. I get a wonderful cardio work out while toning and leaning my muscles. Other classes I have enjoyed include, Spin, Yoga, Pilates and Coreology. They have tons of cardio, including step mills, and weight equipment as well. Even on a busy day I don't have to wait on or work into someone elses set to use a machine.\r

The staff was helpful and very knowledgable. I was helped by a gentleman named Robert and he was extremely accommodating and very personable; which is something I look for in customer service.He took good care of me and made me feel welcome, which I really appreciated.\r

I have done my research and this was by far my favorite. The have a beautiful locker room with a tan booth, steam room and towel service! I definately recommend this GYM!!!
