I had a good experience with them when they installed an in-home speaker system for me. I had them install speakers in the walls of my living room, kitchen, and on the patio from my home stereo in the family room. They stood out from two other quotes I had: very friendly, proactive, and they made some good recommendations like wiring my PC in the home office to the control box in the family room so I could play music from my stereo throughout the house (which I've done several times now). They were also competitive on price. The installers were very careful about not getting floors dirty and they did a great job cleaning up afterward. They did make one mistake - accidentally drilling through my outside wall on the patio from down in the crawl space. But they knew they screwed up, were very apologetic and fixed the hole with filler and matching house paint so you can't tell. The sales rep I had was Ryan and he's great.
