Hi this is Lisa and Dean. Bill from The Shutter Factory was recommended to us by a friend that got some work done from them. I must say we are very impressed with there work and product that they produce. There customer service is outstanding!! On the day of our free in home consultation there was a major snow storm, I thought they would definately cancel, but to my surprise they weathered the storm and made it for the appointment. They quoted us an amazing price, and best of all they had our shutters custom made and installed in 1 week!! We would definitely recommend these hard working guys to anyone. They will certainatly be your first and last call!! Keep up the good work guys!!
