i had a similar experience with the other reviewers (and thanks judysbook for this recommendation). we boxed up almost everything and they did a great job moving all our special things. no wall bumps and no dings or dents on the furniture. i'm giving them a 4 because when it came time to sign off on the work time had been added for the crew driving from the office (kent?) to our house and back (1 hr total at $137/hour). we were also a bit more than the estimate because they had to make two trips- the negative being it added time but we also had them throw every other odd thing into the truck on the second trip to take advantage of their braun. super nice guys (3 of them) who worked long, hard and fast. packing tip: i would highly recommend that any box with spillables (like olive oil, cleaning supplies, bathroom stuff) or that needs to stay oriented a specific way be labeled VERY clearly with arrows on all sides.
