I asked for 7 boxes of tile. They sold me 9. I tried to return 2 boxes. They said no returns. I reminded them that I asked for 7, not 9. They remembered and took the return, but charged me a 25% restocking fee. WTF? Customer pays for salesperson's mistake. Great place to shop!! An ignorant salesman said it was my fault for not checking my order when I drove off the property. He said he checks everything he buys all the time. What a great people person. It's just like buying stuff at the street corner where you ask for 10 and get 9. Well, it's obviously the buyer's fault, because you know all salespeople are out to screw you all the time. I called the management many times and no one has returned my call. Maybe it's time to go to court.
