I recently moved and decided to give this cleaners a shot since my old cleaners was further away. I took several suits in and the employee was very friendly and helpful. However, the cost is twice as much as my old place. I went ahead and gave them my clothes, and they were ready by the time the employee said they would be. However, my clothes were horribly smelly, like burnt plastic, when I took them out of the bags. My clothes also did not appear to be fully clean. They actually seemed dirtier than when I took them in. I called the business and the person who answered (don't know if it was the owner or just an employee) said the smell was from the plastic they use to bag the clothes on the hangers and should go away when I aired them out. But my clothes remained smelly (they had been worn but were NOT smelly when I took them in). I can't in all honesty say how they would have handled the situation if I had gone back in to request a refund or for the clothes to be recleaned as I decided to just return to the other establishment and have the suits recleaned for half the cost. Overall, I paid almost $60 for 9 items to NOT be cleaned by Fannin Cleaners. Add in the 30-35 dollars I paid to have them recleaned, and that's about 100 just to have 9 items actually cleaned. I definitely recommend that you NOT use this place.
