I beg to differ with the other reviews. Maybe it was just my piercer, but he was incredibly rude and condescending. Do NOT go to Gary. I went in just to have my piercing re-opened since it closed up. The whole procedure was under 2 minutes, but here's a rundown of the conversation:\r \r Me: Oh, do you have the ring?\r Gary (harshly): Of course I do, what do you think?\r Me (thrown back. I just didn't see it): Oh, um..ok\r *held my friend's hand since I'm a squeemish with needles. Gary's annoyed.*\r Gary: Oh, the hole shrunk a bit.\r Me: Does that mean we need a needle?\r Gary: Does it look like I have a needle in my hand?? I'm just putting the ball in, is that okay with you?\r Me: Sorry, I'm just a little squeemish with needles..\r Gary (condescendingly): No one who get's piercings is afraid of needles. Why else would you get it done?? \r *statement continued into a lecture. friend and i exchanged confused/annoyed looks.""\r Gary (sarcastically): So I can tell your friend hates me. Whatever..\r \r Needless to say, I grabbed my bag, looked at the tip jar, looked at him, and left. \r \r I'm seriously confused why he was so upset. So I flinched a bit, it's not like I was being difficult or throwing a fit. If anything, I have a sense of humor about my nerves, as do all the other piercers I've seen before. I almost felt like I was being judged for being too ""conventional"". I've heard of places that having the ""piercing attitude"" and I defintely felt like this was him. Pros: Clean Cons: Rude staff member. ""Piercing attitude"" from desk
