Last year we had Golden Tree Maintenance deliver a large truckload of mulch to our residence. We gave specific directions as to where to place the mulch in the yard if we were not at home when they arrived, and to knock and we would show him exactly where if we were home. When he arrived he didn't knock and instead of putting the mulch IN our yard as specified he dumped the entire load in the street (on top of that it was on the wrong side of the house.) We ran out there as he was in the process and he didn't stop when we told him to. If the driver had any common sense he would have realized he couldn't dump the mulch where he did because we live on a blind curve where you can't see whats in front of you until the last second. I am a 67 year old male with a heart condition, my wife had just had shoulder surgery, my son had only been home from Iraq for 4 days, and my daughter had to hand shovel the entire load into the yard ourselves. My wife called Golden Tree immediately after the delivery while the driver was still here to complain. We were given no discount for the mulch, we were still charged a delivery fee, and no one offered to help right the mistake that was made by THEIR employee. I will NEVER use this company again.
