After taking my Shih tzu to another groomer I didn't know what a skilled groomer could do until I came here. This is my first dog in many years and we feel as though he is our child. Because of this before we went to anyone else we were going to interview the prospective groomer. They were polite, friendly, professional and took the time to answer every question we had and did not rush us out the door. Not to mention they showed us their establishment even when they were extremely busy. I did not make an appointment right away and there were no attitudes given. I later called back and made our first appointment to have our baby groomed. When I went to pick him up he was wagging his tail and looking perfect. What a difference the right groomer can make. In fact he looked so good that my sister made an appointment for her two shih tzu's. I can't believe I was traveling so far only to find a top notch groomer right under my nose. I don't know about the other review but for me my baby looked like a show quality contestant.
