Review content:
Suburban Court Apartments is a super rip-off. Sure, the outside and lobby of the building is nice. The leasing manager appears super sweet at first. But if you tour the apartment, check the bathrooms! There is a window inside the shower that rots becauses there is no air circulation and it's constantly exposed to moisture. Traffic and noises outside are magnified if you sleep near a window. The space is tiny for the price. The maintenence is a college kid that ""fixes"" whatever you could do for yourself. My toilet constantly floods, we lose hot water for days when it's cold outside and there is never any accomodation for your troubles. There is no ""outdoor bistro"" or ""fitness center"" anymore. Also, you have to send your rent check to a random place in Connecticut. \r
Don't judge Suburban Court Apartments by the outside of the building and your very brief tour. It's a waste of money and the location is the only small perk for the hefty price.
