Review content:
I will say that I have the most aweful experience with this apartment. Not only is the stafff horrible but they scam you for every dollar they can. I lived in my apt for 4 months then moved to another city. I mailed my rent off every month. If it didnt get there by the 3rd day they refused my check, added a $75 penalty and hung a conviction letter on my door even though they knew I didnt live there. By the time I found out they charged $250 in court cost, which they never filed. When I moved out I get a bill for $1000 for carpet replacement. Said the carpet was uncleanable. I only lived in the place for 4 months and had it steamed 2 weeks before I left. Now I have credit companies calling me. I have called UDR's main office in Denver, and in Dallas, They transfer me to another person who never calls back. I am now hiring an attorney to get back the thousands I spent in these late fees. Run for the hills. This place is nice but I would rather live in hell. \r
