After they estimated (with $130 fee) that my television needs main board replacement and asked for $450 for the repair, i just decided not to repair. When I received my television back, there were dirt and finger prints on the screen and tape remains on the frame.
if you still want to use the service, DO NOT PAY $50 extra for pick up and delivery service. You need to help them to carry all the way to their truck and same thing for the drop off.
