I couldn't believe how quickly they worked me in, and at a time very convenient for me . . . 5:00, and they were very friendly.
My stylist at Modacapelli gave my 100% of her attention and was completely focused on fulfilling my request, despite the wreck that my hair was. She explained specific styling techniques and how and why they would or wouldn't work with me. It was evident that she had a great deal of expertise.
She then proceeded to give me exactly the cut that I wanted, instead of treating my hair like her own work of art. I drove nearly an hour one-way to get to Madacapelli, but it's well worth it for the quality cut.
They have many strengths. Overall, I'd say their greatest strength is their skill . . . which to me is the most important reason to visit a salon.
