Review content:
My wife and I were passing through South Carolina on our way back to Warner Robins, Georgia when my pickup truck began to loose some of its power. I assumed that the transmission was going out and that I would need to replace it. We pulled off the interstate and went to the Mr. Transmission shop in Spartanburg. \r
\r
Joel, the manager took it for a short ride and did some kind of computer test. The problem was due to over heating of the transmission but was fixable and only took a few hours to complete. The total cost for the repair was $253.00\r
\r
Had we not stopped for this repair, our transmission problem would have become much worse, leading to a complete and costly failure. In addition, it would have probably happened before we arrived back home. I want to thank Joel and the repair technician Bryan for their help. \r
Pros: Easy access, waiting room with TV and clean toilets provided.
Cons: This excellent auto shop is not closer to my home town.
