Review content:
I have had the hardest time to receive any facsimily of good customer service. I do not know if it is because of the monopoly held in the local area or just apathy towards the customer. I have tried to call the emergency number to get gas, left messages on the answering machine with call-back numbers, and even talked to a live operator, receiving a promise of a return call that never happened. In the meanwhile, the nights get colder and my tank remains empty. The empty tank is easy to handle...I have electric heat also; its just the lack of concern for the customer to keep them informed is the major problem...This doesn't cost anything. signed, Looking for better
