Although I really liked dr Markle himself, and he seemed like a very capable and understanding dentist, I had serious issues with other staff members in the office. \r
The hygenist told me I needed $1300 worth of cleaning services including 4 shots of freezing, when in fact I got the same work done without shots for $300 by a top notch hygenist at a different office with little/no discomfort! \r
The office manager first quoted me $5000 for an invisalign treatment, and told me I would get a full presentation and case study before having to commit. When I showed up for the presentation, there was no rep from the company, no presentation prepared - only their office manager pressuring me into giving them $7000 up front that minute before they wanted started treatment that day. They also charged me $500 for preliminary work to prepare for the ?presentation? and then refused to give me or any future dentists access to the models to save me having to pay in duplicate.\r
They tried to dupe me and wasted my time. I walked out. Don't bother walking in!
