Review content:
The guys are a bunch of schmucks. The drivers I don't know about but.... I will tell you a thing or two about the incompetence that exist in the dispatch box is mind boggling. There was a red neck chick & a redneck man working this particular day, I went in the office to inquire about a drivers job. I realized that I was overdressed to work there. Then I determined I was not going to stoop to the likes of these two never in my life. I watched this male dispatcher curse a customer out over the phone. I am a college grad and could name 100 reasons why this is wrong. I could not understand his adversarial stance he was taking with whom ever was on the brunt of that bombardment of profanity. I said it would never be me. I would choke him up and gladly pay Nassau County $500.00 for choking the hell out of him.. I advise you find other transportation if you must depend on the likes of these two you will be sorry you did. I have to be honest this experience reminded me of a bad episode of JERRY SPRINGER...
