Stay far away! My wife went in to have her wig recolored at 11am. They told her they would call her in an hour. My wife said she would be hanging around waiting for their call (she had both kids with her). Two and a half hours later my wife reminded them that she is waiting, they said again that they will call her when it is ready and that they close at 7PM. At 6:40 she got nervous because she didn't hear from them, so she went to the store and they again said it is not ready and that they close at 8. Finally at 8:30, after waiting in the parking lot for 45 minutes with two screaming kids in the car, it was ready. The kicker? They quoted one price over the phone and jacked it up $20 and the color turned out to be way too dark. If you prefer to be treated like a human being, find another place to go. Apparently customer service is unheard of here.
