By the time I read the negative reviews here, our car was already at this shop, so we decided to brave it.
Glad we did! Whitten Bros not only did a great job on the body work of our 97 Honda Civic, but they were professional about calling us and keeping us updated. I got a call at least once a week just telling me whether anything had changed or that everything was on schedule. Ultimately the car was ready just one business day beyond their original estimate. They handled everything with the insurance company---the check from the insurance company was sent for our total almost immediately after the accident. Great job, Whitten Bros. Although I hope I don't have the need to use them again, I definitely will!
