Review content:
This is bar none the worst dry cleaner I have ever been too. On numerous occasions I had to have items sent back to their cleaning facility either because (1) new stains appeared that were not present when I dropped off the item or (2) they did not get out the original stain to begin with. Note they request to ""try again"", but make you pay for the dirty garment before they will do so. \r
Amazingly, when I dropped a blazer off to be cleaned and they either didn't try (they said they may have missed it altogether, after I pointed it out before cleaning, and it was about 3 inches in circumference) or they didn't get the mark out, they asked me to pay them if I wanted them to try again. I said no, I would like my blazer and will not be paying for something you either didn't try to, or didn't get out (it looked exactly as it did when I went in there). Later on, I was accused by the owner of stealing and told I was lucky they didn't call the police on me. That's right; they were going to call the police for me refusing to pay for something they didn't clean. It should be noted I later took the blazer to another cleaner, who on the first attempt, made it look brand new.\r
Most recently after three attempts to remove a stain they had placed on my shirt while cleaning, I made a claim. After three weeks and countless hours of trying to get in touch with someone, I finally got the owner who said they was no such stain and I was making it up. (Do you believe he said I was making it up, as if I had some kind of conspiracy to defraud him and waste 3 weeks of my time on a shirt!?). Finally, he reiterated I had stole from them (per the blazer incident) and banned me from the store. I will never do business there again, and I highly encourage everyone to stay far away from Speedy's.\r
