I did not ever shop here before my daughters upcoming prom. So I had a recent bad experience at Thoughts and Best Wishes in Latham, we come to Jocelynns Bridal.
The two ladies that worked there were awesome!!
I know this sounds crazy, but I never expected the service and treatment we received.
You need to experience them for yourself. They were cheaper than the ''other place''. The two employees were pleasant, happy, and very cordial. They treated us like we were #1 for our entire shopping experience. The store is Beautiful , charming and elegant. I just cant say enough. Helpful and accomodating.
They are exactly the way a good business should be.
