Beware of these guys!!!\r \r Only sign up if you have a lot of patience, can put up with the worst customer service possible and \r wait endlessly for ever till they decide to show up for work !\r \r I had the misfortune of entering into a contract with these guys in the fall of 2007 to build my pool and deck. This company promised to deliver the pool by December 2007. They made great progress till the beginning of November till they poured the concrete for the pool. Since then it has been a nightmare for us with customer service from hell. There was 3 months of total inactivity till mid-February when I threatened to take legal action. After which the deck was poured and the rock work was done. Since then they have lapsed back into their inactivity and have stopped responding to our communication totally. \r \r For a pool which was promised to be delivered in mid-December, here I am in mid-April with no end in sight. Going by their progress (of lack of it) so far since I have signed the contract, I am not sure whether my pool will be done even by the summer of 2009!!!\r \r Before the contract was signed, they were excellent customer service personified, always being available for meetings and providing prompt responses with any questions or concerns we had. Since November, it is totally a different story. They do not provide any schedules and lie about dates on which work will be completed. They promise to get something done 'next week 'but nothing ever happens. These 'next week's come and go. They do not respond to our communication (email, voicemail, phone calls). If you call the owner, he never answers the phone and his voicemail is conveniently full all the time, so one can't even leave a message. You only receive voicemail at the office #. They don't show up for meetings and don't even bother to let us know that they can't make it. They don't respond to email mostly and are only prompt when they need to get payments from you! Pros: Great pre-contract work till they get you to sign th dotted line ;) Cons: Total lack of commitment, commuincation and customer service
