Bought a pair of Riding boots for my 12 year old son. He wore them less than five hours and the plastic broke right off. No, he never crashed and he didn't take a sledgehammer to it either like the owner accused us of. We took the boots in to show them and were treated like crap. The owner did not even have enough balls to speak to his customers face to face. He left it up to Penny who said it was a clearence item and there was nothing they could do the boots did what they were suppose to, really? Great way to treat people that spent a thousand dollars at their store this spring and who knows how much the few years before.. When I contacted the owner Mike, who was suppose to call me but never did, I contacted him.I was treated so rotten and disresectful, he started the conversation by telling me to stop talking and listen to him I had not even had a chance to say much. I listened to him call me a liar and tell me I was not an honeset American, and that my son either crashed or purposly destroyed his boot. This guy doesn't evn know me, to bad for him, that I am an honest American and a mother who has taught her children too be honest and respect others and their things, making up a lie wouldn't teach them anything, I thought that we were the customer and as the owner we could come to a resolution. I told him I was not even asking for a refund and would he consider a store credit or even replace the boots (although that was impossible being that he sold me a 2007 boot in 2011) and I would even pay a depriciation because I understood that my son wore these for a whole five hours on 3 different occasions. It gets better....The owner told me he would give me a $25.00 instore credit only if I was to come in personally so he could give me an American History lesson that I would never forget. I told him I would rather choke on $25.00 thanlisten to an idiot like him say another word and I hung up. Good thing he has a guy like Jim working for him other wise he probably would have no customers. What comes around goes around and I would never recommend buying anything here. The only reason you get a star is because a rating is required.
