NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE. I purchased sweatshirt there and I specifically asked about the return policy. I was told I could return it, no problem. I found the same item for $16 less at the UA bookstore. When I went to return the sweatshirt, I was told by the manager that the owner is an ""a$$hole"" (his word, not mine) and they would only exchange. Horrible customer service. They should've honored what they told me - that would've been the right thing to do. No idea how this place continues to be in business with such horrible customer service!
