The staff here is AWFUL. I've been in three times now where I was the only customer in the store and completely ignored--I assume based on my casual dress.
My husband bought me a watch there (a Tissot) and was also treated rudely. Nail in the coffin was my last visit--I asked to look a specific cut of diamond stud and was told that they're ""very expensive"" with a withering stare.
I can't even imagine what clientele they serve--my husband and I are both well-educated professionals and have been treated like kids playing around whenever we've tried to buy there. I won't go again, and have told anyone who will listen to stay away.
